Le monde parallèle d’où je viens c’est la mer, pendant 7 ans, en couple dans un bateau.<br />
Et c’est l’isolement de ce voyage qui en fait un monde parallèle.<br />
Et cela m’a surpris ! Vous allez me trouver un peu bêta de m’étonner de l’isolement sur un bateau au point de venir vous en parler : on pouvait s’y attendre ! Non ?<br />
C’est la forme qu’il a pris qui m’a surpris.<br />
Surtout que je ne m’en suis aperçu qu’au retour, il y a quelques mois.<br />

O objetivo foi fazer uma inspeção e produzir relatório a ser encaminhado ao Ministério Público para posicionamento quanto à preservação da embarcação.<br />
André, que é arquiteto e velejador, foi acompanhado por Paulo Renato Baptista, presidente da Sociedade Museu Marítimo de Pelotas (SoMMar) fundada com o objetivo de preservar o rebocador.<br />

Vingt ans après avoir fait naufrage, la Calypso, le mythique navire du commandant Cousteau, a été hissée, lundi 14 mars, à Concarneau (Finistère), à bord d’un cargo afin d’être rénovée en Turquie.<br />
Ce bâtiment doit quitter la Bretagne mardi pour rejoindre Istanbul d’ici une semaine.<br />
A l’issue de sa remise en état, la Calypso pourra repartir sur les traces du célèbre océanographe.<br />
Pour le chantier naval chargé de la rénovation, « le choix s’est porté sur un spécialiste à Istanbul qui est associé à une société américaine », a annoncé l’association l’Equipe Cousteau, présidée par Francine Cousteau, veuve de l’océanographe.<br />

Depuis quelques mois, l'association Voiles écarlates a perdu le Vieux Copain, thonier construit en 1940 aux Sables-d'Olonne. Un cotre de 18 m, racheté en 2009 par Alain Bautry, un collectionneur. « Il nous l'a confié pour des actions de réinsertion. En quatre ans, nous avons embarqué plus de 300 jeunes », explique Gérard Bourdet qui avait informé le propriétaire que la voûte du bateau était affaiblie. « Au chantier naval depuis 2013, les charpentiers ont découvert des dégâts plus importants. La facture initiale, qui était de moins de 100 000 €, a d'un coup atteint les 470 000 €. »<br />

Classé monument historique, des aides pouvaient être obtenues pour la restauration. Le propriétaire aurait dû dépenser plus de 100 000 €. « Il s'est rendu à l'évidence que nous n'avions pas la somme. En novembre, après discussion, il a pris la décision de ne pas le réparer. Nous l'avons donc sortie de notre flottille. Vu la conjoncture, mieux vaut avoir un bateau en état que trois boiteux », déplore Gérard Bourdet.<br />

Après deux décennies de bénévolat, Gérard Bourdet fait un constat. « Les places de port sont trop chères pour des associations comme les nôtres. La mer est éducatrice mais sur le plan européen, nous sommes en retard par rapport aux pays du Nord. »<br />

Il insiste gravement : « Ici, on tourne le dos à ce que la mer peu nous apporter, on ne sait pas l'utiliser ! Il faut que les pouvoirs publics continuent à nous soutenir financièrement si on ne veut pas être à contre-courant du monde act</div>

A skûtsje (pronounced 'skootshuh') is a Frisian sailing boat of the type tjalk, originally an ordinary cargo boat, but today a prized ship and one of the icons of Frisia. Skûtsjes were built from the 18th century until about 1930 and are 12 to 20 m long and on average 3.5 m wide, with a maximum of 4 m (based on the standard dimensions of Frisian bridges and locks).
In the 1920s and 1930s many skûtsjes were fitted with engines and after World War II the sails were even often removed. Nevertheless other, much larger, powered boats took over water transportation in the area and many skûtsjes were rebuilt into houseboats or luxurious sailing yachts. Over time, more and more were restored to their original state.
There is a yearly racing event in Friesland called Skûtsjesilen. Such races were already held in the early 19th century, but since 1945 they have been regulated through a committee, SKS. In these races, each Skûtsje represents a city or village. In 1981 another organisation, IFKS, also started organising races.
This racing already started early in the 20th century where villages in Friesland or more precisely often the bar and hotel owners made prizes available for the winner. At that time the skipper and his family lived on board in a narrow cabin and before the race the family and the interior of the cabin was placed ashore to make the boat as light as possible at the start of the race.
The Skûtsjemuseum[1] in Eernewoude (Frisian: Earnewâld) started building a new skûtsje named the Æbelina,[2] out of wood in the old traditional way, it was launched in August of 2009.</div>
